Under a generous late-summer sun, our entire team is hard at work in the vineyards to gather what promises to be an exceptional vintage. Let us take you behind the scenes of our organic harvest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Golden Start with the Auxerrois<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kicked off the season with our beautiful Auxerrois. This year, the grapes are bursting with sunshine, offering incredible juiciness and rich aromas. Harvesting in the cool dawn air prevents the grapes from overheating and preserves the delicate aromas of the berries. On Thursday, while picking Riesling on the granitic terroir of the Breitstein, mother nature decided to surprise us. There, we harvested a stunning mix of Pinot Noir and Riesling.
